Process Outline
VerdeCapitalResources, LLC, facilitates health care and education leaders in securing financing for the purchase of land, and the construction, renovation and equipment for healthful, cost-effective, disaster-resistant, environmentally sustainable and flexible facilities that benefit the workforce and the communities they serve. The entities seeking such funding must be Not-for-Profit and must be committed to building and operating such facilities.
We assist our clients by:
- Introducing projects to a unique lending program for projects that address unmet community needs and comport with the criteria of building healthful, disaster-resistant, flexible, environmentally sustainable and cost-effective facilities.
- Helping develop a process for selecting architects, engineers and contractors with experience in successfully designing and constructing buildings that meet platinum LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
- Facilitating a team representing a funding group and the applicant to oversee that the application is acceptable and processed appropriately and that the project is completed within the agreed-upon requirements of the funding program.
- Ensuring that appropriately educated and motivated staff members are in place for ongoing maintenance and operation in a cost- and resource-efficient manner.
